Sac State, CSU recognize three leaders' contributions with honorary degrees

起点传媒 and California State University (CSU) have recognized three leaders in public service, law, and health care this year for their contributions to the campus community, CSU, and beyond.
Since 1963, the CSU has awarded honorary degrees to individuals whose contributions have benefitted humanity, CSU campuses, local communities, and more.
Honorary Degrees
- Anh Phoong, founder and CEO of Phoong Law, received an Honorary Doctor of Laws
- Garry Maisel, CEO emeritus of Western Health, received an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters
- Elizabeth G. Hill, retired legislative analyst for the state of California, received an Honorary Doctor of Laws
Honorees were recognized during receptions on April 24 and May 1.
