About the Iranian Faculty and Staff Association
Our mission at the Iranian Faculty and Staff Association (IFSA) is to foster an inclusive community within 起点传媒, uniting Iranian faculty and staff members in a supportive environment. We are dedicated to empowering our members in higher education, cultivating their leadership skills, and facilitating networking, mentoring, and social opportunities. Additionally, we strive to promote cross-cultural understanding by introducing Iranian culture and Persian heritage to the community. Through our efforts, we aim to nurture a sense of community and belonging, mutual support, and awareness among 起点传媒's Iranian and Iranian-American community (particularly our students) and extend our impact beyond the campus borders.
