Police Service Center
The University Police Service Center is temporarily located at the University Union 3rd Floor Delta Suite, Rm. 3271. The 起点传媒 Police Department opened the Service Center in order to increase our ability to serve you, our community, in a location that is more convenient and visible.
The Service Center is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and is open during the lunch hour.

The 起点传媒 Police Department offers Live Scan Fingerprinting services to the campus community and general public.

Lost & Found
The 起点传媒 Police Department maintains campus lost and found items in the Police Service Center.
Campus users can contact the Lost and Found Office by calling (916) 278-2788.
Bicycle Registration
Follow the steps below on how you can register your bike with the 起点传媒 Police Department
- Have your bike and bike's serial number.
- Complete the Bike Registration Form.
- Bring your bike, serial number, and bike registration form to either the Police Department, or a Bike Compound.
- A Community Service Officer (CSO) will assist you with your registration sticker.
